EBP Analysis

The Earth Biogenome Project ‘Report on Analysis Standards’ is the 6th, and final, part of a series of standards documents which cover the EBP’s processes of Ethics to Research.

If you are planning on using this information in the analysis of your own genome, then ensure you have (at minimum) read the EBP Whole Genome Assembly and EBP Whole Genome Annotation standards and have your assembled and annotated data as well as relevant statistics (found in the Assembly standards LINK HERE).
