Description

We will be using Apollo 3 running in JBrowse 2 to view and edit genome annotations. We will also cover how to set up Apollo 3 with your own data for both individual and collaborative use.

Prerequisites

  1. Experience with the command line
  2. Basic understanding of what a web server is
  3. Familiarity with FASTA and GFF3 file formats
